Fire!

It seems like they test the fire alarm in my building at least once every two weeks. It's gotten to a point where we just completely ignore it. There haven't been any intercom announcements thus far to explain all the flashing lights and yet here we sit at our computers as if those strobes are just part of our usual everyday. One day it's going to be a real fire and we're just going to keep sitting here and go up in a fiery nest of construction drawings.
