Ballroom?

I found out a few weeks ago that Arthur Murray offers a first free dance class. After watching an entire season of Dancing with the Stars, I decided it would be a swell idea to get Ben to go. So, finally, we went together tonight. Our dance instructor was Edgar and he taught us a very very basic foxtrot step and a very very basic swing step. I didn't have problems with the steps, but I tended to drag Ben around a little (bad Angela). All the big ballroom cliches started swimming up in my head and at some point I said to Ben, "Lead, Charles! Lead!" I don't think he or Edgar got the reference to Charlie Brown and Lucy. Ben, to my surprise and great happiness really enjoyed himself. He stomped around like wild slon, and had a look of consternation on his face, but when we got back to his place, he did the rock step just fine.
So, all in all, we had a lot of fun, and Ben actually seemed interested, but then we found out how much it cost...for a low low price of $1080, we can take 10 classes! Maybe when Ben becomes an oil tycoon we can consider it, but for now, I'll stick to my 12 for $50 ballet classes.
