Off Campus?!

Last night, in a fit of despair that I would have to stay up for yet another hour or two in order to finish homework, I took a little break to see what was on misc market and lo and behold, a house! A really, really good one. $355 a month plus utilities, not even a block away from studio, the would be roomies are all people I at least vaguely know (One I actually worship from afar for her amazing dancing). Can you believe that? I find it very funny that my friends were running all over Oakland to find a place and voila, five minutes and I found a place. I hope we get the place, it'd be very convenient. Downside is that we'd have to start paying rent at the end of this month, which I guess is fine, it'll be like an extra storage area. My alternative would be to stay here and it's going to be $5930 for next year and I would have two strangers for roomies. Sooo, $500 a month to share a bedroom with two people? Or $400 a month for my own room which is just as close to studio?
